LT Duyen Nguyen of NICU is the best. She is so compassionate and caring for my friend Suey Lee that has moved up to 5 West. I hope LT Nguyen visits my friend HMCS Suey Lee to cheer him up as he will be a resident of NMCSD for quite awhile. Thank you for the best Naval Hospital in the whole world.

Even though the facility isn't fancy like some other women's centers, it was on point. My daughter gave birth there on Wednesday. They took excellent care of her. Her hubby got to stay the first night, and I did the second night. They keep new mommies for 48 hours which I think is great. Answered lots of questions and offered lots of help. Good job NMCSD
I recently delivered my first baby at the Naval Medical Center. As a first time mom I was already nervous, but my anxiety was heightened because my labor progressed so quickly that by the time I arrived at the hospital I was already 7cm dilated and 100% effaced. Luckily, the nurse midwives Yolanda and Pandora, as well as the other medical staff present, were highly competent and very reassuring and I ended up having a very positive delivery experience. Thank you to my L&D team!
My wife went there at lest three times for a series of issues and each time the results were the same, there's nothing wrong. I honestly don't know what goes through the doctors heads because my wife knows something's wrong but the doctors are obviously too incompetent on doing their job.
