Pediatric unit was awesome and very attentive with my daughter! ENT docs were excellent! Thank you to all the staff who took care of my baby girl the past couple of days before during and after surgery!
My inpatient experience wasn't horrible but one of the drs on my case was rude with no bedside manner. I didn't care for her medical opinion nor for her to be involved in my medical care. After her mouth wrote a check she knew couldn't cash, she came back to apologize. Her apologies fell on deaf ears, I don't think she would of apologized if my family and I didn't request to speak with the entire team.
