I went to Acute Care on the 28th of March. I was heard, and got X-rays and a referral for an MRI. Plus medication to help with pain. All without having to complain, bitch, or threaten to go above somebody's head. This place has improved their level of care since I last was assigned here in 2013.
The wait at the Pharmacy was 2 hours. There has to be a better way.
DISORGANZED!!!! Went for a follow up appointment and there was no documentation from the first appointment! The nurses are extremely rude. I'm not sure why it would be acceptable for anyone to receive care like this! So sad
Overseas screening is ridiculous. Take their time with everything. Over a week to look over the packet.
DISORGANIZED! Every time I call I get the "someone will call you in 24-48 hours." Blood work has been improperly ordered, tests have been failed to be put in for, HOUR AND A HALF WAIT to fill a prescription. Very poor representation of care for our finest men and women.
Disorganized, rude, RIDICULOUS wait times on EVERYTHING/service that I have come in contact with. ... ask for one thing and get another or just flat out ignored. yanked my daughter out of pediatrics her 3rd there. Langley SO much better. This is my LAST time here. Ever.
I've been waiting for a doctor to sign my physical papers since April and it isn't done. I literally can't receive orders until it's signed. If possible please go somewhere else.
Was there yesterday and was left in the back room for an hour unattended. So i just got up and left
