There's nothing better than getting to your appointment at Sewell's Point and being turned away because you had to bring your child with you. It's even better when you were not advised about it. they are the worst. having a temp of 99.9 is not the flu but 100 is. clearly we are faking it. it's just allergies whenwe show no symptoms of allergies but every sign of the flu.yesterday they wanted to test for coronavirus.

Have been waiting on hold for 35 minutes so far. This is ridiculous! Just need a referral for an MRI while on leave or military insurance will not pay for it. Have been working on this all morning. Very frustrating!
-I got here at about 12:40, its 2:03pm and I'm still waiting on the pharmacy. Nothing should take this long -I came here last year because I was 100% certain I had the flu. The nurse's desk refused to let me be seen, told me I was exaggerating my symptoms and if I'm really sick I need to go to the ER. Kind of scary that my follow up appointment Got cancelled on me while I was in the parking lot. Now I have to wait another month to find out the status of my health due to the incompetence of whoever didn’t make a phone call. If you need a prior test the previous day to complete a procedure, maybe you should inform the patient of that when they make the appointment. Thanks for another month filled of anxiety .
