I was blown away by the care my daughter received from the Doctors at this facility. They absolutely treated her amazing and they went above and beyond any civilian doctor I have ever gone to. I only wish I can go there on a regular basis but I think God my daughter is able to get her care from this Hospital.
Excellent care. Information dissemination, horrid. Just got this email "Urgent Care Information for Tricare Beneficiaries" for a program which started a month and a half ago. UNSAT
I was skeptical about getting care from the Naval Hospital especially giving labor there as you always hear nightmare stories. There were approximately 4 anesthesiologists who listened to my concerns since I have had severe reactio... read more
I was bitten by a spider on my finger and since then the spot has turned into an ulcer and is badly infected.... I was at the Navy Medical Center last night – emergency room... Arrived there at 7:00 pm ...waited 6 hours... – I could not get a doctor to look at me... Kept being told to wait... Wound up walking out and went home and cut the ulcer out myself on my hand to drain. sigh... the Navy Medical Center is the biggest joke of a hospital... very sad... The whole hospital smelled like feces... literally. -\-\It was the dir... read more
A special thank you to Georgina Gaines in Oncology Radiation for her help on the phone and in person today. I'm not a patient with them YET but know that her caring and compassion will get me through the darkest days.
Great service, very attentive to your questions and providing you with the best answer in regard to your inquiries. Dr. Kim, in the Ophthalmology Department as well as the receptionist were excellent. I appreciate Dr. Kim advise.
