My daughter and I recently visited the clinic in Key West for a doctor’s appointment, and our experience couldn’t have been better. We met with Dr. Ward, who was truly exceptional. My 10 year old daughter felt completely comfortable sharing her concerns with him, as did I. Dr. Ward was impressively thorough and compassionate, taking time to walk us through all of our options, from where to have our blood drawn to the next steps in our care. Medical staff really don’t care. If you get an LLD make sure you schedule your re-up the same day. I’ve got spinal issues and when I bring up I need to see a doctor best they can do is schedule me a month out. Pathetic.
Been in the military for nearly a decade, and I’ve been to many healthcare facilities. This place is the worst one I’ve been to in my career. Low staffed, long wait times, and the staff that are there never answer the phones. If they do happen to answer, you’re put on hold for about half an hour as if they are extremely busy, but if you show up to the facility it’s a ghost town. If you need an appointment, prepare to wait at least 20+ days to be seen.
