Great service department!
If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a boat from Jeff, the owner. Boat continues to have issues and I am being charged an arm and leg to get it fixed. Over $7000 in the last year just to keep it running. Went to speak with Jeff in person about it. They delayed me for hours, until I finally got to speak with him. He just brushed me off and told me to take it somewhere else if I don't want him to repair it. Hello Chris, Sorry to hear you are upset about having to pay your bill-- I did just speak to you in the showroom. I was out of the office and arrived minutes before you walked in the door--NOBODY delayed you from speaking with me! I clearly did not brush you off as i thoroughly explained to you that you severly overheated your Fathers Boat that was purchased from me in 2003. The overheat caused the motor to be hydrolocked which means the engine had water in all of the cylinders. It was a miracle that the motor was not damage... read more
