I've been with Naturescape for over five years and am very happy with their service in an out of the office. A couple of times when I had questions or an issue they got back to me right away.

Was going to be traveling for 12 days in June, contacted naturescape to cut grass while gone, back on 12th day, no grass cut, called, sorry we don't know what happened, canceled request, cut it myself. Next Application, they called on Saturday, will be there Monday, no show, called them on Tuesday said they would come later in the week, no show again. They have been treating my lawn for 2 years. It is now virtually weed free. Very happy with the service.
Staff are knowledgeable, answer questions and follow through with scheduled applications. Would recommend Naturescape. Long time consumer!
I have had a very bad two experience with this company. Started with a brand new sod yard and now have a substantially dead yard with weeds, primarily violets. For almost every application I have had to ask them to come out because they don't show up. Whatever they use for weeds doesn't work. Whenever I call they make excuses.
