Very satisfied with their service. If any weeds show up, just call and they will come out free of charge. They also diagnose problems with shrubbery at no charge.
Lawn service has been great but did have an issue with not being notified so we could unlock gates in back yard but they came back out and treated the yard and even called after to make sure we were satisfied.<br /> <br /> <br />
Very pleased with all interactions with the staff and their attention to our lawn.
I am very unhappy with the service. I am being charged for work not done $83.66. They were supposed to come and cut the grass butt I was forced to because the grass got so long that it nearly stopped the mower. I would like to get this matter resolved.<br /> <br /> <br />

Naturescape has been treating my lawn, aerating, and caring for my shrubs and trees since we moved in last July. The grass has thickened up nicely, the weeds are under control, and the trees and shrubs are doing well. They have always been courteous and on time.
