After leaving a less than favorable review a few weeks ago, we were contacted by Craig from what I believe to be the corporate office. During our conversation he/we agreed to forego our 4th and 5th applications and exchange them even up for an aeration. He also explained the importance of the winterization and offered to include that last application at no extra charge, which was taken care of this morning. Thanks for doing what you did to try and make things right.

I have been a customer of Naturescape for over a decade. I want to be very honest in my comments. Approximately a year ago the Tinley Park, Illinois office had some management issues, which affected their services. At this point with regret I began looking at other lawn care companies. Then the office got a new manager. His name is Bill. What a wonderful asset to the company. He is a breath of fresh air. He returns phone calls and checks on problems personally. I was having my first cup of coffee this morning when your employee came to do my 5th application. I heard him startup his contraption in the front, drive to the back and around to the front again. He placed his paperwork on my door and left. I do not know if he even had the sprayer engaged. You folks are the biggest rip-off in the lawn care industry. We spent all summer with lots of dandelions and other weeds in our lawn because of your crap service. I will not be using your services again!

Did not show up for an appointment they confirmed to aerate my lawn and didnt call to cancel. Do not use this company. Terrible customer service.

Pre-paid for the year for loan applications. I have not gotten my last application have no response. Ive been shorted for the service that I have paid for.

They come on time every time. Clean and neat service. They have provided quick and thorough answers to any question I have had about lawn issues. Very pleased.
Bought and pre-paid 5 application plan. Put 1st three application (30 days apart) 3rd application done 6/7. Put them on too short a time between applications...Then still not have applied 4th application in over 3-1/3 months in spite of 3 phone calls only apologies but no action. Would not recommend them to anyone.
