STOP SPRAYING SWEET BAY MAGNOLIA TREE WITH BROADLEAF CONTROL!Two years ago I just ignored it figuring you couldn't get good people during the pandemic. I started using this business last year when my knee gave out, and was very optimistic, because of another so called Lawn Service, that I tried prior, was rude, unreliable, and didn’t do half the job I needed. The gentleman that cuts my lawn, is very thorough, and professional, and today he even took a little extra time to edge my yard! This is our first year with Naturescape. Our lawn looks wonderful and customer service is always able to answer any questions that I have. I am happy that I switched to Naturescape.
Not recommended. I had a terrible experience. We were invoiced when no services were provided. After the season ended and we asked for services to terminate (twice) we were still receiving invoices. When I mentioned the snow falls the customer service agent, Charlie, was embarrassed and said, "Yeah, we are done with mowing this season now." If they have a set fee to provide services for a season, they should tell you that upfront. I signed up for service and my credit card was charged on April 26th. I called after 3 weeks as no service was completed as of the 15th of May. I was told there would be an ASAP call made to rectify the issue. As of today May 26th there still has not been any service done on my property. The customer service rep stated we had a non working number. She is correct as we gave up our home phone number years ago. They are extremely unreliable in their mowing schedule. I have had to follow up almost every 10 days to get someone out to mow. Very unacceptable. I’ve had them for over 5 years and the last two have been horrendous. Time to go elsewhere.
