We purchased this home in 2015, and we hired Lawn Pride to continue our lawn service at this address. Each year our lawn looked healthy and beautiful. There were some mistakes with billing made by LP in 2017, so we shopped for a different service. Naturescape Lawn & Landscape Care was highly recommended. Our lawn now looks unhealthy, very patchy and unrecoverable. We reached out for a manager to come in person, they’ve agreed to meet. No one has shown on specified days. Do not use this company if you want your lawn looking good. It takes them 4 weeks to come out and and spray your lawn for weeds. I called them and they said they would be right out. After waiting 2 weeks I called again and the manager said I am sorry but I did not have any one in the area. Their customer service is horrible. My lawn looked good before my vacation but when I came back it had weeds.
Called them up one day about needing help treating a berm across my rear yard, was told no problem and that someone would be out the next day to take a look at it in order to determine what product needed to be used, and would get back in touch. We have used Naturescape for several years now and have been really happy with their service. Our yard looks amazing with no weeks or dandolions and healthy green grass. I would recommend them to anyone.
Great installs, owner is very dedicated and easy to communicate with!
This company never returned a call for an official quote.
The weed control does not work and they ignore simple requests from the customer like knocking on the door/ring the doorbell to briefly discuss condition of lawn. All their competitors do this and are soliciting my business
