I have taken my cocker spaniel to this groomer for over a year and have ALWAYS been very pleased with the work they do! My dog runs to the door every time we go. She doesn't do that going any where else, so I take it that she loves all the attention she gets! Everyone that i have talked to have been very professional and very kind. The owner cashed check 6 month old with out any thought that now my account is overdrawn and i owe the bank over $100 and shes sorry well mortgage and electric bill is late and shes sorry. ill say you should be more then that.lady remember every action has reaction 6 months later maybe it would of been right to call me yes i owed you money but if you waited a couple days id of come in and paid you what i owed but your sorry sure you are

Did a great job with my Savannah. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The staff is amazing there. However, beware of the owner as she has breed discrimination and makes really nasty, misinformed comments on such subjects. Also she likes to bash her staff for their life choices such as tattoos or same sex relationships. The owner I cannot, nor will ever recommend. The groomers should all start their own doggy day spa.
Nature Pets Day Spa did a great job with our cat. We always take our dogs there but today we took our cat and she looks amazing. She’s deaf and she doesn’t bathe herself so we usually bathe and shave her. We were worried about how she would do there but they were wonderful with her and she looks adorable!!
