Not following local mask ordinance. Clearly no regard for the safety of their customers. Walked out and will get my dog groomed by someone who cares about the community.
I first met Heather when I took my elderly dog who had problems standing for prolonged periods. Heather is so caring and gentle. My poodle won’t let me brush or bath her but she love’s going to Heather. She is so patient and really understands dogs. Not to mention Zoey always looks beautiful.
I am thrilled to have found Lisa Jordan and Nature’s Day Pet Spa. She did a beyond-beautiful grooming of my two Shelties. Truly, I have never seen a better Sheltie grooming outside of the show ring. Thank you, Lisa. Your staff is so friendly, too, and your facility is top-notch!
I hesitated to bring my dog creature. even the vet has difficulty w him muzzled and sedated but sarah and her partner handled him like pros and even though he growled he knew he was defeated. great job! I apologize and will make up for my tip
Hazel went today and it’s easy to see what an excellent job Haley did.. plus it’s obvious that Hazel was happy! I hope we’ve found our “forever hone groomer”!!

Candace has been grooming our standard poodle puppies for almost a year. Our female Daisy is wild and crazy but Candace is always so sweet and patient and most importantly listens to what you want for your dogs. Our babies always come back happy and refreshed and have never seemed stressed. They are always able to work us in for an appt in a reasonable timeframe.
Maui always looks & smells great after his grooming appointment. He’s always in a great mood when I pick him up so I know it makes him feel better!
