I love the care and the way that Sarah takes such good care of my scared little girl Pumpkin. Sarah is caring and kind and always keeps me updated with what is going on with Pumpkin . I never feel like just a number there . I’m very happy with the care she provides and with the staff and the facility . I highly recommend this place!
Ladies here are very welcoming and sweet. I love my puppies hair cut and shampoo.
I worked there a very short while. Did not like what I saw. So I put in my two weeks notice. Was never paid my last week of pay. No morals or ethics here. Just all about making money.
My Giant Schnauzers love coming to Nature Pets! when greeted at the door, they practically tackle their groomer, Melissa! She does a great job with them, and has been wonderful controlling high energy young pups! I highly recommend them as the premier groomers in Gainesville!
Accommodating! Molly gets so excited when you mention going to the Spa to see Heather. It makes me not feel guilty for leaving her. She alwAys wants to go back.
Hate to change my views but yesterday Scarlett went to your spa and when I was petting her I noticed dirt clumps behind both back legs. To be honest I don’t even think she was bathed. Very poor job for the money I paid not a happy customer
