My senior mother called these people out because a bird had gotten into one of the outside shutter vents, and had fallen into the house over her stove. The company couldn't come out until the following day, so by then, the bird had gotten so restless and noisy we ended up getting the bird out ourselves. We thought the price would go down since they did not have to do a bird removal, but nope, no price reduction at all. Good Morning. We did talk to your mother and she understood and noticed that we did call to take care of this problem at no charge, however she was having issues with her cell phone. This service was scheduled already at no extra charge. We also warranty all of our work so this never happens. If you should need anything else please don’t hesitate. Thank You.
