I cancelled service last August/September , cause everything was ok, and we also started treating on our own. This March I got billed, called them informed them that I had already cancelled their services. Took them two weeks and another phone call to refund the money. Last month got billed again from them, still haven't got the refund. Cancelled the card that the account was attached to and reported to bank as fraud. Today their service guy shows up around 8.
