RecommendedI went from grown out platinum with dark roots to this lovely situation. Lisa is my hero.
Scheduled online and had confirmation email. They had no record of my appointment. Front desk wanted to blame call center. Call center blamed front desk. Nothing was resolved but offering me an appointment at a later date and time. I am a mom of an infant and had scheduled my day around havjng child care. Super frustrating!

I pay $50 per visit to see my regular stylist, and she does a great job; however, I have been calling for three weeks to schedule an appointment to get my hair cut before graduation in a few days. They can't get me in with my regular stylist, but they want me to pay $45-50 for a haircut from a stylist who has never cut my hair. I can get a bad haircut for $10 right down the street.
