I have had a very similar situation as the review who posted before me. I went in for crowns and without first getting my consent they barbarically drilled my teeth down to far to put a crown without so much as notifying me they were mangling my teeth so badly. They then told me I would need a root canal. They then proceeded to tell me I needed to have my teeth pulled I had no other choice. I went to this Dentist for the 3rd visit and it was a NIGHTMARE....after a little small talk and the office finding out I had a 5000 balance on my nonstop Wellness card I was given the VIP treatment and the dentist offered to put a permanent bridge in my mouth to fill in a space. He said I could use the nonstop Wellness funds and if insurance paid they would give me a check. Sounded super and I was on deck! Dr. Harris has gone above and beyond making my personal experience the absolute best. The staff go above and beyond and aren’t robotically doing so. They care as well. They are knowledgeable and kind. This office has all the high tech equipment and comforts you could ask for.
