Dearest Rachel - Your bracelet was sent to New Mexico the day it came back…it takes a week there and a week back then remaining time to repair. Thankfully, we rarely have stones fall from a setting but it can happen. Also in your case it was clear that the bracelet was subjected to some "act of god or perhaps satan" but we choose the high road, did not mention it, happily repaired it, did not charge you. If you had been kind, we would have gladly paid/absorbed the measly $15 shipping charge but sadly, you chose not to be. So... read more
