The 16x7 garage door came with instructions for a different series door. The door wad a nightmare even with online instructions which are very unclear.. The door is unusable.
W-D initially installed our garage door approximately 7 years ago. On March 15, 2022 the door would not open. They repaired the door on March 16, 2022 and charged us $345.00. On April 14 (29 days later) the garage door again failed to open. Our cars were trapped in the garage and we were virtually held captive. We contacted W-D and they said that would come and fix the door, but not until SEVEN days later. They said that they were "busy."
