I am a 52 year old woman sitting here in a lot of pain there's been people coming and going that I was here before and I still haven't seen a doctor
They provided services that were NOT requested & did NOT provide the services I specifically requested. They also FALSIFIED my medical records by stating they examined me when they didn’t, they falsely stated that they provided services when they DID NOT. This is INSURANCE FRAUD!!! I am in the process of reporting them for Insurance fraud, Medi Cal fraud & to the Better Business Bureau.

RecommendedI have been a patient at AIS for over a year now. When I first walked into the AIS Center looking for a second opinion I knew right then that this is the place that will make me well. From the staff to my doctor they are a fantastic group of people. Just recently Dr. Mehboob sent me to Cedars Sinai for a consult and their chief of experimental lung cancer treatment Dr. Mita went through the steps that the AIS staff have taken in fighting my lung cancer and said that they had taken the proper steps in the proper order to help... read more
My husband had a new patient appointment we went to check in and because we forgot the name of the only PA in there hospitsl they refused to let him check in then we went to the information desk to ask if they knew the name of the PA she act like she did not under stand what a PA was then she asked what number we called to make the appointment after her trying to write the number for about 10 minutes we walked out. refusing patient care and playing dumb at its finest I DO NOT recommend going to this circus for care!
