I’ve always had very bad experiences here. Occasionally I’ll get a good primary care, but unfortunately my doctors always tend to leave Adventist… and I see why. My OB was great, and pediatrician too. But every secretary I’ve had to speak to with Adventist has had an attitude like they hate their job and just want you out of there. Even over MyChart, shoutout Sharon. It’s unfortunate, I’ve had better service at a Starbucks than I have at the front counter of my doctors office.

My dad has been in the hospital for less than 36 hours with covid and these vultures have been calling my very ill mother demanding payment arrangements. How careless and greedy are you guys?
My father-in law comes to the hospital quite often due to his health, and I would say it’s the most unprofessional hospital. Every time we would have to visit up here, mind you we live about an hour away, we would always have an issue. Mostly on miscommunication. Had an appointment early morning, @7:30. Been waiting for an hour, no one talked with us, had to ask front desk and this woman said, the appointment was set for @8:20. The Adventist Health of Estacada treated my son for a deep wound on his eyebrow. My son had fallen and hit his head on the corner of a toybox. The NP Jing Wei glued the wound. She told me to come back in a few hours to apply some strips to help keep it closed. During the process of gluing she got glue on other spots of my child’s face. I love the doctors and the staff. however the front office people are another matter. I scheduled a ct scan abdomen they also scheduled a lung at same time that wasn't due till November. they can never tell how much copay will be ahead if time and never return phone calls. I had a procedure done last year thought copay was 400.00 they decided it was 2800.00 when I walked in the door to have it done. we just got a bill for 2700.00 18 months after the procedure. I am done with Adventist and there whole system.
Always great care Nurses are so friendly and try very hard to make you feel comfortable so that your healing can begin.
