My father was there because he had pain in his shoulder. Dr Rhonda Brown said he probably didn't have pain because he is old and depress or there was a language barrier. Those comments are unprofessional. Do your job and make the correct diagnosis because we just found out my father has an infection in his spine. Horrible Dr.
The service was fine. Paying my bill was horrible. It took over 19 minutes to get the special payer ID number, go through the automated system twice, and then to talk with a person to process my card. I have never had so much trouble paying a bill. I get patient privacy and the risk of giving a live person my credit card info. Why don't you just screen your staff better :)
Very slow service and the nurse at the front desk is stupid
