They were so amazing to my son and I..my son has special needs and they treated him with the up most respect..
The doctors and nurses were excellent with my 2 year old. They went out of their way to make sure he was at ease and even went out of their way for me. They are fantastic!
We get exceptional care at Children's every time we have gone. The nurses and the doctors CARE. Whether we are in in ER or on the 6th floor we always feel like family. Our daughter who is only three has no fear of the hospital even though she gets poked and prodded and IVs. She loves her "doctor nurses". They talk directly to her. They make sure us as parents understand what's going on and are emotionally ok. The nurses always remember us, our family, her siblings and even where we live! We had awesome care from the 4th floor staff! We were cared for on every level.� Thanks so much for a wonderful stay, but no offense, we were grateful to get the heck "off" of Dodge!!! �
This was our first time at Children's, we brought our daughter there to see Dr Erickson! Everyone was very patient with us with all of our questions and concerns! Explained everything very well, assured us we could call with any questions or concerns along the way! Explained all the ins and outs about the event monitor, which is very nice and makes us feel a lot better and knowledgeable about our new responsibilities! We were very satisfied with our experience!
