Insurance fraud-- billing me for an apparent ambulance ride that my 4 month old took on his own and when I asked for more details they couldn't give me any details regarding he visit nor who the doctor even was----my son was never at children's nor in an ambulance on the apparent day � won't be returning
Never saw a doctor was diangnosed with ear infection when the only nurse that looked said she couldn't see her ear due to wax!!! Sent home with antibiotics and a diagnosis by a nurse that couldn't see eardrum. Also I was there because she would cough so bad and choke on eveything she tried to eat or drink!!
The Dr and nurse's arevery down to earth and get answers fast for u and waste no time when u need stuff done !
I gave 3 stars because of the very first nurse I spoke to was so extremely rude, I was in shock she actually worked at your hospital. She asked me what we were in for then interrupted me 10 times and talked over me the entire time. She also was rude to my child and seemed irritated the entire time. All in all after her everyone else was great.
With 5 kids, we have been to children's often! Yesterday I brought my 3 year old daughter in for a head laceration from hitting her head on a doorway. 3 stitches, a green popsicle, and a teddy bear later we left with only a few tears shed after only a couple of hours! Staff were sweet and treated her like she was their only patient. They know how to treat them like a family member and a little person.
