The improvements that have been made with the CARDS unit are awesome and more child centered. Allowing me to go back to the surgical room is more effective with reducing my son's anxiety than giving him narcotics. The one thing that Children's needs to work on is children with tape or adhesive allergies and having alternative measures in place.
Always awesome! I've been there a few times with some pretty scary breathing issues with my kids and the staff is very nice and comforting! They always have a little something for the toddlers to get them to smile even when they feel crappy! I was just in there Christmas Eve 3am and I just really appreciate the sacrifices nurses and Doctors make to make sure these little ones are taken care of. My babies are my life and they keep them healthy with me:) thanks for all you do Childern's!

Best thing in my life that could have ever happened to me if I would not have come here I would not be here today I got excellent treatment from dr. Reinhardt and his staff been in remission with lupus for almost 5 years because of him won't ever forget my time there
My son is 12 years old and has a Traumatic brain injury. He got the TBI when he was 8 years old. We live in Sioux city IA and have been coming down to Omaha ever since. We have a few Drs at children's hospital. We see an urologist, a GI Dr, and a neurologist. I would recommend children's hospital to anyone needing medical treatment. I love this place and also their bedside manner torwards my son.
