Absolutely terrible service. They want your money but not willing to assist when you need additional information regarding a breakdown of the fees for insurance and FSA purposes. Absolutely rude both times I have had to call. I plan to discuss this with my family physicians office who I have been with for over 20 years. I wouldn't give them any stars but I had to in order to post this review.
This company sucks
Had a 2D echocardiogram done to recheck the size of my ascending thoracic aortic aneurysm. When the report came back to my doctor there was no mention of the aneurysm or size. National Diagnotic Services charged my insurance company $300+ for this test. I now have to pay out of pocket $786 to have the 2D echo repeated at another service provider.. Don’t waste your insurance authorizations or money on this company.
Complications with front desk at this center making appts. I made an appt stressfree and no issues at another imaging center. I hope this place reinvents the way they deal with patients. I'd give it a -3 at the front desk. I hope no one else has the experience I did.
