I am very impressed with the quality of service that NCC gives. I have spoken with several representatives since beginning with them and all have been friendly and helpful. However, recently I spoke with Wilder *****. He truly went the extra mile with me. He listened patiently with affirmation as I ranted about a shady collections experience I had on my record and some other issues. I highly recommend National Credit Care to help anyone who has had difficulty or questions with their Credit Score. Six months ago in the midst of the pandemic my Credit Score went down considerably. I had several items on my credit report. NCC staff were always kind and super informative. It took quite some time, but slowly and consistantly items were removed. That is the difference between NCC and other companies. NCC works directly with the 3 credit companies to address and remove the items and then help you build your credit. As a result, I had my house and car insurance requoted and it saved me $1000.00!!
