Jules is very knowledgeable about what she is doing. She is patient, excellent, and professional. She was able to answer all my questions.
I would not recommend this company at all. I enrolled to utilize their services thinking it would help my credit. It did not. You get access to a dashboard but teh dashboard never really updates and provides no insight at all. I have emailed/asked to cancel via phone and email and they don't acknowledge teh cancellation. They just get a sales person to call you and say "they're so close" "we've seen movement" etc. etc. I'm sure there will be a response to this saying that they have tried to resolve but that's not true. This program is great and they help out a lot I see my score jump up quick
Dont use them unless you have a lot of money to waste! I am grossly disappointed in this company after 3 months! 1) In this time, they only managed to get the Bankruptcy removed off one credit reporting agency...Transunion 2) They only pushed my credit rating up roughly 28 points 3) Failed to contact Experian at all and somehow got their listing completely removed!
