I just wanted to say a big Thank You to Mr. Zach *********! He was very professional and walked me through the process and explained the end goal with such clarity and how we were going to get there. He listened to me as I talked and even encouraged me in our situation. I am just starting this journey with NCC, only a month in but I'm looking forward to the end goal. 2020 is surely gonna bring some clarity and I believe our best is yet to come working with them. I appreciate the help that Zach has given to me today. Honestly, my phone call today was to cancel my plan with NCC. Mr. A******** was going to help with that but not before explaining the positive effects of NCC.
