I called NCC yesterday a bit annoyed because I hadn't heard from them. I spoke with Megan, who was so apologetic, professional and sweet that I immediately calmed down. She pulled my credit report and reviewed it with me in detail. This was extremely eye-opening! She taught me a lot about the results of NCC's investigations on my behalf, how the 3 main credit reporting agencies operate, what NCC is going to do going forward and the steps I need to take.
