My husband and I have been working with Ted for the last 3 months to get some old unpaid debt cleared off so that we can buy land and build a cabin. I started with NCC I believe in March of this year. I was told in the initial call that within 3 months the items on my credit report would be deleted. Fast forward to the end of August and the main collections on my account are still there. I called and was hold for awhile, finally got someone I explained that I'm paying 79.00 dollars a month but the results are not worth it. I was transferred to an account manager who offered up several suggestions, none of which included deleting the collections accounts. This will be my ... read more
