Spoke with Cris *******with questions regarding my account. He provided excellent customer services and answered all of my questions; and even provided information regarding additional services I wasn’t aware of National Credit offered, such as helping by working with a lender at the time of purchasing a home. I have been working with this company for almost a year and have had top notch customer service each time I call. That didn’t change today when I called and spoke to Cris *******, he was kind and explained my updated report throughly.
