called the center to let you know i was having issues and getting cell service and internet same time is hard in my apartment but i'll call back and you take away my membership before my 10 days are up.....you stink
Just became a member & am very excited about it. I've been searching quite awhile for something to do at home on my computer. From what I've read about NCP this sounds very promising. Will diffinitly be telling my friends & family about it. Wish me luck !

Not happy with NCP! I had to cancel my account because my home was damaged by Super Storm Sandy and was unable to continue transmissions. NCP would not let me use my accumulated points to redeem for merchandise. I had been a member for over 2 1/2 years. They were very prompt in requesting equipment back, but not in letting me redeem my unused points. Sent email requesting assistance, but no response came.
So far so good, I think this will be great for me.
I like them I've been with them for about 10 years now, it was a pain when you had to put in the price I like it now all I have to do is put the store I'm shopped at and scan it and the price is already there no more remembering the price of it.
