Been a member for 6 years. I'll admit that I'm not great at scanning every week. I've had consistent problems with my scanner, it normally took me 30 minutes to get the transmission to take place after trying 10 or 15 times to transmit. Didn't appreciate finding out that I couldn't get online to redeem my points once I was notified that the scanner needed to be sent back due to lack of participation.
