I just got it today.... kinda excited to start... but why cant we use the scanner and phone app together?

Just wanted to say thank you! I won a $500 gift card and didn't even realize it! It was tossed in with other coupons that I had not gone through since Christmas, so I'm not even sure when it came in. But I found it today, and what a welcome surprise! Well worth the few minutes a week we spent scanning!

I am new,but have tried to get on for many months. I got my scanner today. I was excited until I read more reviews. I hope all works out. I am on a fixed income,so I don't shop every week. I see how people were verbally attacked for not scanning all the time? And they had to send back the scanner,ect? Is this true? I can't find a place to login on any of the pages. Confused already...lol
I have been a member for YEARS!! I have received a leaf blower, medicine bag, coffee pot, and now working a table lamp.. Never had any issues except when we moved my scanner died. They were so helpful in getting me another one and helping me set it up. They even gave me points for all the trouble. Love the NCP panel...
My scanner is on the way and I can't wait!
