I was a member for 3 years and had no problems, that is until I had to cancel it because I found out I was moving out of the country. I cashed in my points and received my prize about a month before I notified them that I was moving. I then asked them to send me what I needed to return the equipment because I couldn't find the original box and they said they would. think the panel is a joke and if you miss just one week they harass you all the time. not recommend for anyone to use such a waste of time
