I would love to do this but I tried to sign up and it's saying it's not in my area which sucks! I have a friend that lives very close to me (within five minutes) and her area is excepting but this area is not.

I have to wait for my acceptance email before giving a higher rating.
I had a scanner for a little over a month and did not see any benefit for me, the point return is so little and the prizes are nothing I am in to. I am a busy mom of two little kids and when I get home to put groceries away I don't have an extra 20 - 30 minutes to scan and put in all the deals I used before putting them away!

After spending a great amount of time on the panel, and not accumulating a lot of points, I decided to return my scanner and end my being a panelist. NCP wouldn't allow me to use the points I had earned. If you want to be a member, just to share your shopping habits, this is great! But if your looking at getting anything back, after spending A LOT of time scanning and entering information for each item, beware! It's incredibly time consuming to get no rewards!
After doing a couple surveys and trying out the scanner, I finally dove in to how the points broke down... If you stick with the scanning for a year, you may come away with around 15,000 points. This means scanning each item you buy one at a time during the week, every week, all year. That amount of points can get you a book.... it can almost get you a small table fan.... it can't even get you a $25 itunes gift card. Using the itunes gift card as a good comparison, that means an entire years worth of scanning your purchases ... read more
