So I responded to an email a month ago that said my household had been chosen to receive a scanner. Yesterday (Aug 7th) I called to find out when I should receive the scanner and was told that I am still on the wait list. Well I received an email today saying that the scanner shipped on Aug 6th and I will receive it on Aug 12th. How come the person that I spoke with couldn't see that on their end? I had the same thing happen to me today, and got a letter today, I been with them over 8 years now and I was dropped to ( Aug 8- 2014), I never wanted to be dropped from this, I can not get to what I have earned on my acct, The gifts that they have are not worth the points there cheap stuff, my points has not gone up for a while now, just on the surveys only, This is not worth my time any more. I gave it a 2 because i hope my issue really does get resolved. I have been a panelist for a year in a half- almost 2 yrs. Anyhow something happened and my scanner broke or whatever. Got my label and such in a timely manner and they have recieved it back. I love the scanning it is just have to be a faster way to find your stores. I have cashed in my points several times in the last 2 years
I love it , the points pile up quickly. When I started a little over a year ago I had to use their scanner but then I was able to down load their icon on my phone and no more needing their complicated scanner now it's easier than ever!
Love It that I finally have a voice for products that I buy! Yeah, the scanner was a lil tricky @ 1st but I got the hang of it in no time. The support staff can sometimes be a little iffy on the phone but never had daily emails @ all. Only had part I found was keeping up w/both our shopping trips, way easy to fall behind if u don't stay on top of it ;-)

I agree with other consumers this panel is a great way to keep big or little companies honest, and finally those of us who keep them in business a voice. Sometimes we have things to say wether they are good or bad. If they stick to their word about freebies and coupons the better for us.
