NCP isn't about making money. It's about making your opinions known. This way, manufacturers can know exactly what demographics are buying what products. Do they buy one a week? Or do they buy a case a year when it's on sale cheap? Full price, or only when on sale? Do they use coupons? Small stores or big box stores? Do they use member cards? so i responded to an email a mouth ago. i called to find out when i should receive scanner and was told that i am on the waiting list
Anyone else having trouble calling in to transmit...i have for 3 days now
Been a member for 3 years, our family had to move due to the military so I put ourselves on a 4 week vacation notice with my scanner. 1 week later I get a notice that I've been dropped from the program. They want their scanner back...which has been pack up due to our move! I called customer care, very upset and had to talk to 2 different reps to find out that we got dropped because our new location has to many scanners.
