RecommendedTonight my family and I (11 of us) had dinner there and Katie was our Server. She was excellent with our service and got our orders in right away. You can tell she was a little overwhelmed with a big table plus a few other tables she was dealing with but got the job done regardless. Tonight I decided to pay it forward and give her a very nice tip and make her holiday a little brighter. I've been waiting half an hour for a cup of chili. My waitress apologized, and said she was going to make sure it was on its way. That was 10 minutes ago. It takes 30 seconds to scoop a cup of chili, throw a pinch of cheese on it, and put it in the window with a side of sour cream. There's "this is the new guy", and there's "the management has lost control of the kitchen". This is both.
