Tonight my family and I (11 of us) had dinner there and Katie was our Server. She was excellent with our service and got our orders in right away. You can tell she was a little overwhelmed with a big table plus a few other tables she was dealing with but got the job done regardless. I've been waiting half an hour for a cup of chili. My waitress apologized, and said she was going to make sure it was on its way. That was 10 minutes ago. It takes 30 seconds to scoop a cup of chili, throw a pinch of cheese on it, and put it in the window with a side of sour cream. There's "this is the new guy", and there's "the management has lost control of the kitchen". This is both.

We have been to this location several times and have always had bad service ....waited to long to even get a drink order ...so we are at Buddy’s Pizza ...great service here!
