Yesterday at National Coney Island in Royal Oak, the guy behind the counter scolded me for touching a food bag on the counter next to the DoorDash sign with my customers name on it. So no, I didn't cross contaminate anything like "you guys [dashers] are always doing." This job is already frustrating, and this just sent me through the roof. Thanks for ruining my day.
Fantastic service! Kevin took my order and I had our food out in less than 5 minutes to take home today!
Fun times had by all!! Still the greatest for Chili 🍟 fries n 🧀 cheese!
People were friendly. Customer service was decent!
very bland food and omelette over cooked
We ordered curbside pickup. we were told 15 minutes. showed up after 13 minutes, called and told them we were here. watched the car hops go and ask every car what order they were waiting for, except us. Then waited for 26 MORE minutes. called again. still took 5 more minutes for food that has been sitting there for 26 minutes. will NOT go there again for curbside.
