Lived there from 1975-1978 back then they were nice places to live I in! Our neighbors were to die for! Great memories !

Infested with roaches , poor maintenance a lot of strangers walking through the apartments at night and the securities are never to be seen ! Rent increases almost every year and nothing new has been done to the apartments. They need to paint them because they look terrible. Instead of spending all the money remodeling their office and some other building. Ya'll have a lot of work to do !!!
With your increase in rent hopefully that extra money goes towards making the apartments better living conditions to live in. My grandmother's apartment is infested with roaches. Parking is atrocious and the plumbing is poor.
MANY MANY happy memories!! We lived in 308 E 22nd st #203 behind Lamb Chevy..NCPA are the best! :)
