Pleasant experience buying my first car Aaron and the team were great, they even accommodated the fact that I had a co-signer out of state so they mailed the forms through fedex to be signed.
Great service at national auto center !!! No complaints !!! Recently bought a 2017 Cadillac from them. Don was the salesman who I dealt with. Came in on a Sunday and was out of there fast. They gave me a great price for my trade ,in and a great price on the Cadillac. No haggling like most car dealers , no BS . Very professional and courteous. Go see Don at national city auto center and he will take care of you!

Quick and easy The entire experience was really fast and very easy. There was no pressure to upsell me on anything. They stayed later than I think they would have for me too. (Normally they close at 7 but I wasn't able to arrive until 6:50). Aaron was very nice and easy to talk.to.

Good experience with Don I was nervous about buying a worktruck. You hear stories of SHARK salesmen. DON was great. Did exactly what he said he would do for near the price that we went over via phone. I was in and out in no time at all which was also a pleasant suprise. I will buy all my worktrucks from Don.
