always great service at midway. got to minneapolis there was no one there to get car when dropped of, midway always staffed. Seems to be the difference between the good locations (Midway) and the bad ones(MSP).

WONDERFUL experience! Good service, people friendly and very helpful. Easy to drop off and everyone was just so nice. My car was wonderful to drive. I fly in and out of Midway a number of times a year and will always rent from National.
As usual with National Car Rental and the location at Midway especially since I have been using them now ever other week for the last 4 months, OUTSTANDING service. Everyone is always cheerful, helpful and can never do enough for you regardless of the hour you get or return your vehicle. I'm always greeted with a smile and friendly greeting when picking up my car. And they go out of their way to meet your needs. Kudos to you all.

I have got to hand it to National Car Rental. They know what customer service looks like and you deliver. From the moment I arrived at you rental agency I was assisted by their professional staff from who greeted me warmly, were attentive, and who made me feel welcomed.
