I reserved a vehicle for 12pm,an did not recieve it until 1245pm,the agent made my wait tolerable with her excellent customer service,Thank you to the national agent at Huntsville international airport for your professionalism on 6/16

I like my dealings with National Car Rental. The only problem I have to that as a Emerald Member, I am not able to choose any car I like off the lot at the airport that I deal with.

Had a wonderful time recently, touring a number of cities/states in the mid-west USA in a Mustang convertible as a result of an upgrade certificate/limited vehicles remaining upon arrival. Service as always was friendly and helpful, the car was spotless (fairly new), and check-out/check-in was painless and fast. Highly recommend National as a very satisfied Customer!
