1. Had to wait about 30 minutes to pick up the van. 2. Van’s interior (seats and carpet) was very dirty. 3. Had to dispute an additional driver charge on my final bill which delayed my departure about 30 minutes.
RecommendedI have never had a bad experience using National. Cars are always clean and well maintained. Love using Emerald Isle.

Overall a very good experience. But we had to switch cars in the Emerald lane because the car we chose was for "Executive" Emerald members instead of just Emerald members. We could not distinguish which cars we could take from the lot. This needs fixing.
