RecommendedI rented from National for the first time and received a great vehicle! The whole process was very easy and the employees I enter acted with seem to enjoy their job! I will be renting from them again. Oh did I mention that their prices were better than their competitors! Great experience!!

While the staff is friendly, the Huntsville airport is stuck in the 20th century with forcing even Executive level folks to stand in line inside the a/p, get a set of keys, walk to the vehicle in an adjacent garage, see if it doesn't stink to high-heaven - and if it does, walk back to the a/p (and repeat). The a/p needs to get gates on the garage and allow folks to just pick the car they want - like they can in nearly every other a/p in the US.

RecommendedReceived the car I needed quickly and was in and out in a few minutes. This is the reason I rent National.
RecommendedIt's nice to be able to pick your car from several models in the class you rented in. The only thing I would recommend is that staff clean the interior windows. Several of my rentals the interior windows were so fogged/dirty that it was dangerous due to obscured visibility.
