Car was ready when I arrived, great customer service and drop off was even easier. Pulled up and was greeted right there. Unloaded my bag , checked the car and gave me the receipt. Easy as one, two , three.

I rent most of my cars from their Huntsville Airport location. Always have a great experience renting from them. Cars are in great shape with low mileage. Never had a problem with customer service. Check in and check out is painless. I would highly recommend this company.
My company had booked my rental in HSV for a work trip. When I arrived, I was waiting for a vehicle because their whole lot was empty, except for the VIP lane. I know I wasn't going to get that because I didn't need an Escalade. However, there were some vehicles across from that in the Emerald Aisle (I'm an Emerald Club Member) that didn't say VIP and in the past, I've taken from.
